The core portfolio of the YSoft SafeQ® product suite is a complex, multi-platform solution designed specifically to handle all aspects of printing in office environments.

SafeQ delivers results from the very first moment:

FEATURES

SafeQ not only accounts the exact number of document printed, copied and scanned, it also accounts for B/W / color printing, duplex print, output size (A4 / A3). Customers using SAP will benefit from SafeQ as SAP printing will be tracked & reported. Apart from accounting to users, departments and / or devices, SafeQ also supports project accounting. User can choose among different projects upon authentication. In this way, it is charged according to specific projects but not users. The accuracy is achieved through SafeQ's Online Accounting capability.

When using online accounting, the server communicates with MFPs during printing process and determines the exact number of pages that are actually printed. If a job is cancelled by users or jobs are failed due to paper jam, SafeQ will only count the number of pages that are actually and completely printed. This exclusive feature greatly enhances the accuracy of accounting.

The Pull Printing function allows users to actually print out their documents only upon authentication with SafeQ terminal to any desired output device. Your documents will be available at any compatible MFP / printer in the system since they are safely stored over the secure server. SafeQ also supports the Shared Pull Print functionality. This is useful for instance where the print job is printed by, e.g., the CEO, but the Secretary is able to release the print job on his behalf. This is also applicable for print jobs printed by HQ to a branch office & only a specific user in the branch office is able to release the print job.

Upon authentication, SafeQ allows you to set different pricing to different user groups and jobs, e.g. print, copy and even scan. Furthermore, it also allows you to charge differently according to the type (e.g. B/W or color), duplex print, paper size (A4 / A3).

Server clustering and load balancing with 2 to 5 servers forming a “server farm” for guaranteed accessibility and continuous operation. SafeQ Entreprise has built-in Application-level cluster support, thus reducing cost of purchasing clustered operating system.
